Stacy has been a legal assistant with the Joubert Law Firm since June 2017. As a legal assistant, she handles opening all of the files, ordering all medical records and bills and many other duties for our clients. Stacy is also in charge of the appreciation team, which celebrates milestones within the firm, such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Stacy enjoys making her co-workers feel extra special on their day, whether it’s a birthday or work anniversary.

Stacy is from Gonzales, Louisiana, and has been in the legal field since 2008. She began her legal career working in a small firm in Baton Rouge. Over the years, Stacy has gained considerable experience in a multitude of areas of law, including family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation, and personal injury. With her broad background of knowledge, she is capable of assisting our lawyers in many areas of the law.

Stacy graduated from East Ascension High School in Gonzales, LA, and attended Southeastern Louisiana University.

Stacy is the proud mother of 2 children and grandmother of 3 sweet grandbabies, with another one on the way in May of 2024. In her spare time, you will find her spoiling her beautiful grandbabies, spending time with her family and friends, singing karaoke and/or attending LSU sporting events to cheer on the Tigers.
