Baton Rouge, LA (9/08/24) - A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred on Highland Road in Baton Rouge, resulting in the death of a 92-year-old woman and serious injuries to two others. According to the Louisiana State Police, the incident happened on Saturday when 76-year-old Wayne J. Green exited Interstate 10 at a high speed. Green's vehicle collided with an Acura, forcing it across the median and into a ditch. His Toyota then struck two additional vehicles before coming to a stop.
Mary Harris, who was a passenger in the Acura, was transported to a local hospital where she later passed away due to her injuries.
