This is a 15 to 25 hours per week, part-time position. For the right candidate, full-time is available.

Joubert Law Firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Baton Rouge office to take the role of Marketing Manager.  

Our Marketing Manager handles all types of marketing mediums for our firm.  

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Creating, updating, and posting to our social media pages daily; 
  • Creating and emailing our monthly client e-newsletter; 
  • Assisting with lead nurturing initiatives; 
  • Updating and maintaining an editorial calendar; 
  • Developing key content marketing, including value-driven webinars, blog posts, print articles, direct mail projects, and more; 
  • Building and managing relationships with clients, and referral partners, including determining how best to maximize these relationships; and
  • Possibly assisting with editing videos to be posted on social media pages and internal training.

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in marketing, including content marketing and writing experience.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Candidates should be familiar with all social media platforms and direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Candidates should know the basics of the day-to-day operations of a law office.
  • Candidates must be computer literate, including proficient in using Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite, and/or similar software. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
  • Candidates must have organizational skills and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively.

The offered pay to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
