Joubert Law Firm seeks a motivated, self-starter for our Baton Rouge office to join our intake team.  We are looking for an outgoing, focused individual who can manage a high-volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently.  Strong people skills are necessary.  The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment. The position focuses on confidently presenting clear information to potential new clients.

This role requires strong communication skills via phone, text, email, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake.  Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are client focused.  They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries.  They are compassionate, understanding, and patient.

Our Customer Service and Intake Specialists handle personal injury cases and first-party property damage claims.  

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • handling phone calls, text messages, and emails from potential new clients;
  • frequently communicating with clients; and
  • maintaining and updating our case management software.

Our Customer Service and Intake Specialists establish caring relationships with our clients and collaborative partnerships with our attorneys and support team.
