Lindsey J. Leavoy

Since becoming an attorney in 1988, Lindsey Leavoy has averaged two jury trials per year, five bench trials per year and multiple court appearances for Exceptions, Motions and other Rules. He has exclusively practiced in the plaintiff’s personal injury arena since 2004 after a successful insurance defense practice. Mr. Leavoy has both extensive trial and real-life experience ranging from personal injury and construction to military.
Mr. Leavoy graduated from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May of 1988 where he was the Moot Court Mock Trial Co-Winner during that year. In addition, he is a member of the LSU Law Center Hall of Fame.
Mr. Leavoy has significant military experience having graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 1980. He also served in the United States Air Force for five years as a Security Police Officer.

Vehicle accidents, including automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, wrongful deaths and drunk driver cases.

Community Involvement:
